Captain Devuni Raj Kumar (Roll No. CAA/GP/01/002/2003) a trainee of the General Purpose Rating Course Batch 01 held in 2003 becomes a Master Mariner FG on 06th December 2016. He qualified his Masters exams held by Maritime & Coast Guard Agency (MCA), United Kingdom.
